Join Simply Singing for a relaxed afternoon of harmony singing in fabulous acoustics. Everyone welcome!

Simply Singing CIC’s Alice and Louise are together again to bring you an uplifting and refreshing singing experience.

A mixture of old and new songs, world , traditional and pop music – the only rule here is there is no accompaniment – voices only! We will bathe ourselves in the glorious sound of our voices together in harmony.

Everyone is welcome!

No need to read music as everything is taught by ear.

No singing experience necessary, just be prepared to have a go. We will never ask you to sing on your own! We believe everyone has a singing voice and create a warm and inclusive atmosphere so everyone can join in.

The workshop will be hosted by The Anthony Burgess Foundation in Central Manchester. The building is one of the oldest mills in Manchester, so you will have a real Mancunian experience singing there. The cafe will be open for us so we can have some refreshments before the workshop and in the break.

1:00pm – 1:05pm: Welcome and House Keeping
1:05pm – 2:00pm: Warm up together and lots of singing
2:00pm – 2:30pm Break – the cafe and exhibition will be open
2:30pm – 3:30pm Even more singing
