Talk: Creating Ultraman – Rising [Manchester Animation Festival]

At the Manchester Animation Festival, Katherine will discuss how ILM, working with the feature animation team at Netflix, created the stylized look and animation of Ultraman: Rising. Join her walk through the journey of bringing Ultraman to the big screen whilst showcasing early tests, development work and shot breakdowns all whilst offering a comprehensive look at the creative vision behind the film.

Katherine Roberts is a CG Supervisor with over 20 years experience in the visual effects industry. She joined Industrial Light & Magic’s London studio in 2021 as CG Supervisor on the Netflix animated feature, Ultraman:Rising.
